House Rules
By proceeding with your booking, you are effectively acknowledging, agreeing and signing this Short Term Rental Agreement.
1) County Ordinance quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. Violation of which may result in fines in accordance with §5.56.180 §5.56.190
2) Dump your trash into the 32 gallon garbage bin located inside the bear box by the entrance. Don't just leave it in the bear box, put it IN the trash bin. The trash collectors will not take anything that is not inside the trash bin.
3) Put recyclable items in the blue recycling bag also located in the bear box
4) Do not leave unwashed dishes. Please wash dishes thoroughly.
4) Maximum of 8 guests only. Ages 5 and below not counted.
5) No smoking inside or outside the cabin.
6) No campfires allowed
7) Do not rearrange furniture.
8) Missing/Broken items will be ndeducted from your deposit.
9) Pest allowed with Fees
10) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners and their staff, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the cabin, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, loss of personal belongings or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by you and/or anyone you invite as your guest.
10) Please read the check-in/check-out procedures upon your arrival.
